OK, this is it. No more major repairs or improvements on my kitchen for the rest of the year. Kitchens are known to be expensive and labor intensive, but now I'm tired and just plain done. On the plus side, the new cabinets from Ikea are great. My storage space has quadrupled and the built-in lights add a sweet ambient glow to the kitchen. So now it's time to kick back and enjoy the results.
The photos below are daytime and nighttime shots. The nighttime photos show the cabinets with the lights on. Click to enlarge.
Really good work. That is home improvement I dream for:))And soon I hope I will fulfil my dream.

You have done a graet work, if I had such a lovely kitchen, I would spend all my spare time cooking. When you are doing home reparis again think of you living room, in order to have a place where to eat what you have cooked

Great job on dealing with a kitchen renovation. Love how you kept your shelves open and used the metal kitchen stand to give your kitchen a more robust look.

An interesting read, thanks! I was wondering if anyone could help me with something? I am looking into buying the black and decker workbench in the link in my name, but im not sure whether to go for the Plus model or standard model. Has anyone had any experience of either products? Thanks, Chris
